In contact forms, we may also collect the message or context that you voluntarily submit.

We do not use this data to sell personal databases to third parties.

4. Consent basis

When a form includes a consent checkbox, the checkbox is not preselected and you must mark it voluntarily before submitting your data.

You may ask us to stop contacting you or delete your data through the channel indicated in this policy.

5. Storage and providers

Report access data is stored in a Firestore database with MongoDB compatibility managed by ISR-BIO.

The database is located in us-east1, South Carolina, United States. Therefore, storing and processing this data involves an international transfer to a technology provider that applies security measures to protect the information.

6. Retention period

We will retain the data while there is a commercial, technical, or follow-up relationship with the interested person or company, or until you request deletion.

We may also retain minimum records when necessary for administrative, security, compliance, or consent traceability purposes.

7. Rights and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or update of your data by writing to francisco@isrbio.com.

To process the request, we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the corresponding record.

8. Security

ISR-BIO applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version will be the one published on this page.
